We couldn’t resist making the most of Valentine’s Day with our window too. It doesn’t hurt that our lovely new LOVE sculptures look so lovely with the covers of the Design Sponge book (with my apartment in it) and Decorate (with a quote from me). Ah, the infamous light fixture at The House of Brinson! This photo has been much featured, so I apologize for it not being new to some of you. But, there is a reason it is so popular. It is REALLY good and has led me to many associations which I am posting along with this: full blog post I am one of the lucky ones who has actually enjoyed sitting under that lamp being entertained by the uber-gracious (bawdy, down to earth & design passionate) hosts. The first time I went to their home, it was a completely unexpected surprise. Truth is, I crashed with a friend. Lucky, lucky me!
